Burg

For the Miamisburg, Ohio Bicentennial celebration in 2018, I created a special apparel collection featuring custom-lettered designs. This collection included several shirts, a poster, and various other merchandise sold during the celebration. Each piece was crafted to celebrate the community's rich history and pride. Specifically the “the Burg” is a proud community nickname.

The posters were screen printed. I also hand-screen printed all of “the Burg” shirts.

The custom-lettered shirts and posters quickly became favorites, now proudly displayed in homes and businesses across the city. I was thrilled to sell out of my entire stock. One of the poster designs made its way into the city time capsule during the celebration.

It was exciting to take on the challenge of capturing the spirit of Miamisburg's bicentennial celebration and translating it into items that members of the community could enjoy.
